Why didn't Lord Krishna marry Sri Radha?
They are manifestation of the supreme divine
According to teachings of Srila Prabhupada - Sri Radha and Sri Krishna together are supreme Godhead. They are divine transcendentalists who have manifested themselves eternally as two for performing pastimes of love. It is very difficult to grasp this concept with logic or argument. It is inconceivable how one soul can manifest as two eternally, and still be one. It is a transcendental mystery.

The supreme share the highest emotion of divine love
Being supreme they share the supreme form of all rasas or emotions between them - Madhurya rasa. The emotion of conjugal love.

Krishna is the source of everything!
In Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says that he is the source of everything. "I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who know this perfectly engage in My devotional service and worship Me with all their hearts." - 10.8 In this material world we see that love exists in various relationships - and Krishna is the divine source of this feeling of love that we experience. The story of Radha and Krishna is the epitome of pure and selfless love.

Pure love, no lust
That supreme rasa or mellow of madhurya manifests itself as two primary forms - Svakiya (Nuptial bond like Husband and Wife) and Parakiya (Non nuptial bond without marriage). Again this Parakiya rasa is not to be confused with a mundane affair. In mundane terms it may represent lack of character in those who engage in it, because the motivation may be lust. But in the transcendental realm, the motivation is pure love. There is no carnal lust involved.

Love demands sacrifice, and true love never fades
Parakiya rasa involves sacrifice. They decided to separate for others' happiness. After this they could only remember each other and long for reunion. Lord Krishna used to cry in his sleep and call out the names of Radharani, Yashoda mai, and his gopa and gopi friends, even after he was crowned the supreme ruler of Dwarka. Even when he had 16,108 wives to love and serve Him. Because His heart was always longing for reuniting with his childhood love - Sri Radha. He could not forget them ever.
